When will my order be shipped?

All orders take 3-4 days to be shipped. If you supplied us with your correct email address you will receive an email notification from us when your order ships. COVID19 NOTE: Due to the situation delays may occur please contact if the order takes longer than 1 month to arrive.

Possible dispatch delays :

if your order is out of stock : we will contact you by phone or email to notify you.
There are some things that we need to verify on your payment details : We will contact you by phone or email to get it nailed.

Do you ship to my country?

Probably! Please add your items to the cart/basket and check for your country in the drop-down menu at the Checkout. The Checkout will also calculate your shipping total for you. If your country isn't on the list at the moment send us an email and we'll see what we can do.
Please remember that international orders are sometimes subject to being charged customs fees by the destination country's government. We have no control over how much you are charged for customs. Please understand that we cannot be held responsible for any additional charges the destination country imposes on you. Within Europe you won't find this problem.
Some countries are still too expensive to ship the goods in a safe way. We are trying to add new countries to our list and find affordable ways of transport.
